1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pizza sauce

Preheat Your Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up and to prevent sticking.

    Prepare Cheese Bases: In a mixing bowl, take the shredded mozzarella cheese and form small mounds, about 2 tablespoons each, directly onto the parchment paper. Space them a couple of inches apart as they will spread slightly while baking.

      Bake the Cheese Mounds: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is bubbling, and the edges start to turn golden brown.

        Add Pizza Sauce: Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Using a spoon, gently place a small dollop (about 1 teaspoon) of pizza sauce on top of each melted cheese mound.

          Final Bake: Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm the sauce and set it into the cheese.

            Cool and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let the pizza chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. They will firm up as they cool. Serve immediately as a delightful snack or appetizer.
