1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares

1 medium red onion, cut into wedges

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for enhanced flavor.

    Prepare the Skewers: After marinating, thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, alternating with bell pepper squares and onion wedges for a colorful presentation.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes while you finish preparing the skewers.
