6 large low-carb tortillas (or regular if preferred)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mini pepperoni slices

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Prep the Tortillas: Start by cutting each tortilla into chip-sized triangles or desired shapes. You can stack and cut multiple tortillas at once to save time.

    Season the Chips: Place the tortilla triangles in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently until they are evenly coated. This helps them crisp up nicely in the air fryer.

      Add Seasonings: Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the oiled tortilla chips. Toss again to ensure an even distribution of the seasonings.

        Air Fry the Chips: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place a single layer of the seasoned tortilla triangles in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping. Cook for 4-5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even cooking.
