Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prep the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them skin-side down in a lightly greased baking dish.

Make the Herb Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, chopped dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice. Mix until well blended and the mixture is creamy.

Spread the Mixture: Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, evenly spread the herb and cheese mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring it is fully covered.

Bake the Salmon: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The crust should be golden brown and slightly crispy.

Serving: Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side for an added zesty flavor.
