Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)

6 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

Melt the Butter: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until fully melted. Ensure it doesn’t brown.

Sauté the Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté gently for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to let the garlic brown, as it can become bitter.

Add the Seasonings: Stir in the Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to incorporate the spices into the butter. Cook this mixture for another 2 minutes.

Finish with Freshness: Remove the saucepan from heat and add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and chopped parsley. Stir until everything is well combined.

Adjust Flavor: Taste the sauce and add salt and black pepper to your liking. If you prefer more heat, feel free to add more cayenne pepper.

Serve: Transfer the Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce to a serving bowl or keep it warm in the saucepan. Drizzle it generously over seafood, grilled chicken, vegetables, or pasta. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
