1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), diced

1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)

1/4 cup toffee bits (optional)

Apple slices and graham crackers for serving

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).

    Add the Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and ground cinnamon to the mixture. Beat until fully incorporated and no lumps remain.

      Gently fold in the diced apples, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the dip.

        Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the dip, reserving the other half for serving. If using, fold in the chopped nuts and toffee bits for added texture.

          Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top. Sprinkle with additional nuts or toffee bits if desired.

            Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
