1 cup Caesar dressing

4 large whole grain tortillas

Preheat the Grill: Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.

    Prepare the Romaine: Cut the romaine lettuce heads in half lengthwise. Drizzle some olive oil on the cut sides and season with salt and pepper.

      Grill the Romaine: Place the romaine halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes until they have nice grill marks and are slightly wilted. Remove from the grill and allow to cool.

        Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine the grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
