Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Optional: hot sauce for drizzling

Prepare the Chicken: Start by preheating your grill or skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.

    Cook the Chicken: Add olive oil to the skillet. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C). Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

      Make the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla. Arrange a handful of fresh spinach leaves and some halved cherry tomatoes on top. Then, layer the sliced chicken over the vegetables.

          Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

            Grill the Wraps: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.

              Slice and Serve: Remove from the skillet, let them cool for a minute, then slice each wrap in half diagonally. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired and serve warm!
