2 cups cooked rotini or fusilli pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (if using fresh broccoli)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam or sauté the florets in a tablespoon of olive oil until tender, about 5 minutes. If using frozen, simply thaw and drain. Set aside.
