2 medium zucchinis (spiralized)

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into strips)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for heat)

Prepare the Zoodles: Using a spiralizer, turn the zucchinis into noodles. If you don't have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to make long strips. Set the zoodles aside.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add the chicken to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
