4 large flour tortillas

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 cup fresh spinach leaves (optional)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional, for serving)

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the chicken is evenly coated with the cheese and seasonings.

    Toast the Tortillas: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, lightly toast each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side, just until warm and pliable. This helps to make the wraps easier to roll.
