1 cup almond butter (smooth and unsweetened)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if desired)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired)

1/2 cup chopped almonds (or nuts of your choice)

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon for added flavor

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and fully incorporated.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, baking soda, salt, and optional cinnamon until evenly distributed.
