2 tablespoons olive oil

2 medium apples (preferably Fuji or Honeycrisp), thinly sliced

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons brown sugar (or maple syrup)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese (or cream cheese for a milder flavor)

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1 tablespoon honey (for drizzling)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each flatbread with olive oil on both sides to ensure they get a nice crispness while baking.

      Prepare the Apple Topping: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar (or maple syrup). Toss until the apples are well-coated.
