Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8-count)

4 large eggs

1/2 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup maple syrup (plus extra for serving)

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Cooking spray or butter (for greasing)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Prepare Cinnamon Rolls: Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into quarters, creating bite-sized pieces.

Make the Egg Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and maple syrup until well combined.

Combine: Add the chopped cinnamon roll pieces to the egg mixture, gently folding them in until each piece is evenly coated.

Bake: Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Spread the pieces out evenly to ensure even cooking. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

Cool and Dust: Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Dust the top with powdered sugar for a sweet finish.

Serve: Cut into bite-sized squares and serve warm with extra maple syrup drizzled on top. You can also add fresh fruit or whipped cream for an extra treat!
