Ingredients
  

8 ounces of fusilli pasta (or your favorite pasta)

1 can (5-7 ounces) of tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped (or 2 tablespoons dried dill)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup capers, rinsed and drained

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely. Set aside.

    Prepare the Veggies: While the pasta is cooking, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Set aside.

      Make the Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, flaked tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and capers (if using).

          Add the Dressing: Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.

            Chill: Cover the salad with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

              Serve: Toss the salad lightly before serving, adjusting seasoning with extra salt or lemon juice if needed. Garnish with additional fresh dill as desired.
