1 medium head of cauliflower (about 2-3 pounds), cut into florets

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup milk (or more for desired consistency)

1 clove garlic, minced

Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
