1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cooked rice or pasta (optional, for serving)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
