1 large cucumber (peeled and finely grated)

1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream for a richer flavor)

1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)

2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped, or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped)

2 garlic cloves (minced)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Begin by preparing the cucumber. Peel it and use a box grater to finely grate it. Once grated, place the cucumber in a clean kitchen towel or cheese cloth and squeeze out excess moisture. This prevents the dip from becoming watery.

    In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Use a whisk or hand mixer to blend them together until smooth and creamy.

      Add the grated cucumber to the yogurt and cheese mixture. Be sure to mix well to evenly distribute the cucumber into the dip.

        Next, add the fresh dill, parsley, chives, minced garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Stir everything together until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

          Taste for seasoning and adjust salt and pepper as desired. If you prefer a tangier flavor, add a touch more lemon juice.

            Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dip to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together nicely.
