8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

    Prepare the Vegetables: While the pasta is cooking, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

      Mix the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
