12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Tomatoes: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
