4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon black pepper

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1 tablespoon of your favorite dipping sauce (like ketchup or aioli)

Prep the Potatoes: Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick, to ensure even cooking.

    Soak the Fries: To remove excess starch and enhance the crispiness, soak the cut potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes. If you have time, you can soak them for up to 2 hours.
