2 tablespoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Zest of 1 large lemon

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet for even cooking.

    Prepare the Chicken Wings: In a large bowl, rinse and dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels. Patting them dry helps achieve the crispiest texture.

      Coat the Wings: In a separate bowl, mix together the baking powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

        Arrange on the Rack: Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they are not touching, to allow for proper air circulation.
