4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 cup cream of mushroom soup (or homemade substitute)

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, if desired.
