2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup chicken broth

2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 avocado, sliced (for topping)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Prepare the Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
