Ingredients

1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli

1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 large egg

2 tablespoons milk

Cooking oil spray

Instructions

Prepare the Coating: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Italian breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Make the Egg Wash: In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until smooth.

Cook the Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions, typically around 3-4 minutes. Once cooked, drain and let them cool slightly.

Coat the Ravioli: Dip each ravioli in the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it stick. Repeat until all ravioli are coated.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Arrange the Ravioli: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil spray. Place the coated ravioli bites in a single layer in the basket, making sure not to overcrowd (you may need to do this in batches).

Air Fry the Ravioli: Lightly spray the top of the coated ravioli with more cooking oil for extra crispiness. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

Serve and Enjoy: Carefully remove the crispy ravioli bites from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch dressing.
