2 large cucumbers

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

Fresh herbs for garnish (optional, like basil or cilantro)

Crushed black pepper or red pepper flakes (for a kick, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cucumbers: Wash the cucumbers thoroughly. Cut the ends off, then slice each cucumber into 1-inch thick rounds. Use a melon baller or a small teaspoon to scoop out a bit of the center of each cucumber slice, creating a small indentation to hold the filling.

    Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, chopped dill, chopped chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

      Fill the Cucumber Rounds: Using a piping bag or a small spoon, carefully fill each cucumber round with the herbed cream cheese mixture, slightly overfilling it to create a delightful mound.
