1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips

1 bell pepper (any color), sliced into thin strips

1 medium onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Cook the Chicken: Add the sliced chicken strips to the pan and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

      Add Veggies: Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the vegetables are slightly softened and the chicken is nicely golden.

        Warm the Tortillas: While the chicken and veggies cook, wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for about 30 seconds to warm them up, making them easier to wrap.

          Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the chicken and veggie mixture onto the center. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then add a dollop of sour cream and salsa.

            Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to form a tight wrap. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

              Serve: Slice the wraps in half and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with extra salsa on the side if desired.
