2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced (preferably red for sweetness)

1 bell pepper, sliced (choose your favorite color)

2 teaspoons fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat for a healthier twist)

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. Season with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
