2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 large whole-wheat tortillas

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Optional: 1/2 avocado, sliced

Instructions
 

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated in the yogurt mixture.

    Lay the whole-wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface. If desired, warm them slightly in a skillet to make them more pliable.

      On each tortilla, place a handful of mixed greens followed by an equal portion of the chicken mixture. Layer cherry tomato halves, red onion slices, and avocado (if using) on top of the chicken.

        Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap. Repeat this process for all tortillas.

          Once wrapped, you can slice each wrap in half diagonally for easy handling.

            Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving. These wraps are perfect for a light lunch or a picnic treat!
