1 ripe banana, mashed

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup almond flour (or your preferred flour)

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, honey (or maple syrup), applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

        Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to over mix.
