Ingredients
  

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: chocolate chips or chopped nuts for topping

Instructions
 

In a blender or food processor, add the Greek yogurt, frozen berries, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, chocolate protein powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

    Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You can leave a few berry chunks if you prefer some texture.

      Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.

        Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

          If desired, sprinkle a few chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top of each mold for added texture and flavor.

            Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer.

              Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the pops are completely solid.

                To remove the pops from the molds, run the bottoms under warm water for a few seconds until they loosen.
