Ingredients

1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, and pecans), roughly chopped

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/4 teaspoon sea salt (plus extra for sprinkling)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Mix Ingredients: Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract, chopped mixed nuts, and shredded coconut until everything is well coated in the chocolate.

Form Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the chocolate nut mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Aim for bite-sized clusters.

Sprinkle with Sea Salt: Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle each cluster with a pinch of sea salt for that perfect sweet-salty balance.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 1 hour, or until solid.

Store & Enjoy: Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container and store in the freezer. Enjoy straight from the freezer or let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
