Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola or crushed nuts (for topping)

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (for fun, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Banana Base: Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds. Arrange half of the banana slices evenly on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each slice.

Mix the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey (if using) and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.

Layer the Bark: Spread a generous layer of the yogurt mixture over the banana slices on the baking sheet. Aim for an even coverage.

Add the Strawberries: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt layer.

Top It Off: Sprinkle the remaining banana slices, granola or nuts, and mini chocolate chips (if using) over the strawberries, creating a colorful and textured topping.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or until the bark is completely firm.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the sheet and peel off the parchment paper. Break or cut it into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
