Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional toppings: granola, sliced almonds, or shredded coconut

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, banana slices, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer some texture, reserve a few strawberry slices and banana pieces to fold in later.

Prepare the Muffin Tin: Line a 12-cup muffin tin with silicone or paper liners. This will make it easier to remove the yogurt cups once they're frozen.

Fill the Cups: Pour the blended yogurt mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full. If using, gently fold in reserved strawberry and banana pieces for added texture.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle your desired toppings (granola, almonds, or coconut) over the yogurt mixture. This step is optional but adds a delightful crunch.

Freeze: Transfer the muffin tin to the freezer and let the cups freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, carefully peel away the liners from the yogurt cups. Serve immediately, or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy your refreshing treat!
