Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (can use flavored if preferred)

3 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula until it forms a roughly 1/4 inch thick layer.

Add the Berries: Evenly distribute the mixed berries over the yogurt layer. Feel free to push some berries into the yogurt for deeper flavor and presentation.

Sprinkle Granola: Next, sprinkle the granola and chia seeds (if using) over the top of the yogurt and berries. Spread them out to ensure every bite has some crunch.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solidified.

Break and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the baking sheet using the parchment paper for easy lifting. Break it into pieces by hand or with a knife.

Store Leftovers: Store any leftover pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes | Servings: 8-10 pieces
