1/2 cup coffee beans (coarsely chopped)

Pinch of sea salt

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well-blended and smooth.

    Line the Baking Pan: Take a baking sheet (about 9x13 inches) and line it with parchment paper. This will prevent the bark from sticking and make it easier to remove once frozen.

      Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread it evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness, ensuring the surface is as smooth as possible.

        Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 15- to 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until completely melted and smooth.
