Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, roughly chopped)

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots, chopped)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Incorporate the Dry Ingredients: Add the rolled oats, mixed nuts, granola, and dried fruit to the yogurt mixture. Gently fold all the ingredients together until everything is well coated with the yogurt mixture.

Form the Clusters: Using your hands or a spoon, portion out the mixture into small clusters (about 1-2 tablespoons each) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure to keep some space between each cluster.

Freeze the Clusters: Once all the clusters are formed, place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until fully frozen.

Store and Serve: Once frozen, transfer the clusters into an airtight container. They can be stored in the freezer for up to one month. Serve them directly from the freezer as a delightful snack or breakfast topping!
