1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

For the Granola Layer:

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)

1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries or raisins)

For Toppings:

Fresh berries

Drizzle of honey

Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Frozen Yogurt Mixture:

    - In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

      - Gently fold in the mixed berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

        Assemble the Ice Cream Cups:

          - Take 6 small cups or ramekins and spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into each, filling them about halfway.

            - Tap the cups gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles and ensure an even layer.

              Add the Granola Layer:

                - In a separate bowl, mix the granola with the chopped nuts and dried fruit.

                  - Evenly distribute the granola mixture on top of the yogurt layer in each cup, pressing down slightly to secure it in place.

                    Finish with More Yogurt:

                      - Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the granola layer until the cups are filled to the top.

                        - If desired, swirl the tops lightly with a spoon for a decorative effect.

                          Freeze:

                            - Cover each cup with plastic wrap or a lid, and place them in the freezer.

                              - Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.

                                Serve:

                                  - When ready to serve, remove the cups from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.

                                    - Top with fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, and a sprig of mint if using.

                                      - Enjoy your delightful Frozen Yogurt Granola Ice Cream Cups!
