Frozen Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup granola (optional, for crunch)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

    If you'd like some added texture, fold in the granola until evenly distributed.

      Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small bite-sized mounds.

        If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top of each mound for extra flavor and crunch.

          Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until the bites are solid.

            Once fully frozen, transfer the Peanut Butter Bites to an airtight container or a ziplock bag for easy storage.
