1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips

2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt

Chocolate syrup, for drizzling (optional)

Extra graham cracker crumbs, for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

    Make the Cookie Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

      Add Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick dough forms.

        Layer the Ingredients: Press half of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan, creating the base layer. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the dough. Dollop the remaining cookie dough over the marshmallows and chocolate, spreading it gently to cover as much as possible.

          Bake the Cookie Base: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center looks set. Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.

            Add Frozen Yogurt Layer: Once the cookie base is completely cooled, spread the vanilla frozen yogurt evenly over the top. Smooth it out with a spatula for an even layer.

              Freeze: Cover the pan with plastic wrap or foil and freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until the yogurt layer is firm.

                Serve: Once frozen, remove the dessert from the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and serve immediately. If desired, drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs over the top before serving.
