Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, diced

1 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup diced mixed fruit (such as strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple)

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil, for garnish

Optional: Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once heated, add the diced chicken breasts. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

Add Pizza Sauce: Reduce the heat to low, and pour in the pizza sauce, stirring to combine with the chicken. Let it simmer for a few minutes until heated through.

Layer the Toppings: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken and sauce mixture. Then, add the diced fruits, sliced black olives, and red onion, ensuring an even distribution.

Melt the Cheese: Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook on low heat for about 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and started to bubble.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the skillet from heat. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if using, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve hot, scooping portions onto plates.

Enjoy Your Meal: This fruity chicken delight can be served with crusty bread or a side salad for a complete meal!
