1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 medium zucchinis, spiralized

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare Zucchini Noodles: Start by spiralizing the zucchinis to create noodles. If you don't have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to create thin ribbons. Set aside.

    Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted and bubbly, add the shrimp, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

        Add Zucchini Noodles: Toss in the spiralized zucchini noodles into the skillet. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until they soften slightly but still retain a crunch.
