Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 cup coconut milk yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)

1 tablespoon turmeric powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of black pepper (to boost turmeric absorption)

Toppings: Sliced banana, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and a sprinkle of extra cinnamon

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, turmeric powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, and black pepper. Mix them together to evenly distribute the spices.

In a separate bowl or measuring jug, whisk together the almond milk, coconut milk yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until it's smooth and well combined.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is thoroughly combined.

Divide the mixture evenly into two mason jars or airtight containers.

Seal the containers and refrigerate them overnight (or for at least 4-6 hours), allowing the oats to soften and soak up the flavors.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If you prefer a creamier consistency, add an extra splash of almond milk.

Top your golden turmeric latte overnight oats with sliced banana, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and a sprinkle of extra cinnamon before serving.

Enjoy your nutritious and comforting breakfast!
