Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, chopped)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds for added nutrition

Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.

Gently fold in the mixed berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture. If using, stir in the chia seeds for an extra nutrient boost.

Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about a quarter-inch of space at the top for expansion as they freeze.

Insert the sticks into the molds, ensuring they stand upright.

Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds by briefly running them under warm water to loosen.

Serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and flavor. Enjoy your refreshing Berry Bliss Greek Yogurt Pops!
