2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat pita pockets or lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and fresh parsley.

    Squeeze in the lemon juice and add the garlic powder and dried oregano.
