2 slices of rustic sourdough bread

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 ounces thinly sliced salami

2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

2 ounces smoked gouda cheese, sliced

1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons fig jam

A handful of arugula

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Spread: In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise together until well combined. Set aside.

    Layer the Base: On one slice of sourdough bread, spread a generous layer of the mustard-mayonnaise blend.
