Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Sour cream and salsa (for dipping)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, both cheeses (cheddar and mozzarella), ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

    Assemble the Quesadillas: Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. Spoon about 1/4 of the chicken-bacon mixture onto one half of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

      Heat the Grill Pan: Heat a grill pan or large skillet over medium heat. Drizzle olive oil onto the pan to prevent sticking.

        Grill the Quesadillas: Place one quesadilla in the hot pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip the quesadilla and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown. Repeat with the remaining quesadillas.

          Serve: Remove the quesadillas from the pan and let them rest for a minute. Cut each quesadilla into wedges and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side for dipping.
