Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

4 large whole wheat wraps or tortillas

2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons, crushed

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for grilling

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

    Grill the Chicken: Cook the chicken on the grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

      Prepare the Wraps: In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the Caeser salad mixture in the center of the wrap. Top it with sliced grilled chicken.

          Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll from the bottom up, enclosing the filling as you go. Make sure to keep the filling tightly packed.

            Grill the Wraps: Lightly brush the outside of the wraps with olive oil and grill them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
