2 ripe peaches, sliced

4 slices of bread (preferably sourdough or whole grain)

4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp balsamic glaze (optional)

2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

Fresh basil leaves

Pinch of salt

Pinch of black pepper

Prepare the Peaches: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Slice the peaches into thick wedges and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
