1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups fresh spinach (optional)

Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Juice of 1 lemon (optional, for brightness)
